At Kwinashe, we want your jewellery to reach you beautifully and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Free Shipping on All Orders

Kwinashe offers free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Timeline

All orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Carriers

All Kwinashe orders are shipped via trusted and reliable delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account on kwinashe.com.

Signature Requirement

A signature will be required at the time of delivery to confirm successful receipt of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Alternate Shipping Address

If you are unavailable at your shipping address, we can ship to an alternate address of your choice. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at a local facility for pickup at your convenience. Please contact us at info@kwinashe.com to arrange this.

For orders of $1,000 or more, alternate shipping addresses (different from the billing address) will be subject to additional verification for your security.

Packaging

All Kwinashe jewellery arrives in premium packaging — either a soft fabric pouch or a jewellery box — designed to protect your piece during transit and present it beautifully upon arrival. Loose diamonds and rings are presented in a ring box with a tension-secured spring holder for safe delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Customs & Duties

Kwinashe ships internationally from India. Orders delivered to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend confirming potential charges with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Items

We request all customers to carefully inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting delivery. In the event of a damaged or lost item, please contact the delivery carrier immediately upon receipt.
