At Kwinashe, every piece of jewellery is quality-checked and carefully packaged before dispatch. We take pride in delivering exactly what you ordered.

Our Return Policy

We follow a no-return, no-exchange policy as a standard practice. All sales are considered final once dispatched.

The Only Exception: Wrong Product Delivered

Returns are accepted only in the event that an incorrect product is delivered to you — meaning the item received is different from what was ordered (different design, metal, or size as confirmed on your order).

To initiate a wrong-product claim:

• Do not open or use the product. Keep it in its original packaging.

• Record an unboxing video — this is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed/unopened parcel, the shipping label with your order details, and the product as received.

• Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@kwinashe.com with your order number, the unboxing video, and photographs of the product and packaging.

• Admin review: Our team will review the submitted evidence within 2–3 business days. Returns are only approved after verification is complete.

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct product at no additional cost.

Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

What Is Not Covered

— Change of mind or preference

— Size or fit issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)

— Minor natural variations in lab-grown diamonds or jewellery finish

— Damage caused after delivery
